! She offers her expertise without ever being pushy. She is very patient and allows for the process of home buying to occur without the buyer ever feeling like they need to hurry up and find a house. You can tell when working with her that she wants to find what is right for you regardless of what that takes. Some agents seem in a to hurry to get paid, but not Veronica, she takes the time needed every step of the way! We appreciated that she would give feedback but also stayed neutral, in that she does not insert too much of her own opinion. This was helpful for us to truly make our own decisions on what we needed in a home. She is VERY responsive and readily available all days and times.
